Stephanie is the compassionate founder of Hope Reins Christian Counseling Center, where she skillfully merges her love for people and animals in her daily work. With a bachelor’s degree from Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, MN (2003), and a master’s degree from Winona State University (2007), Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota.

In the summer of 2022, she completed specialized training and certification from the EAGALA Network in equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP), continuing her education in EAP through additional trainings and certification from the O.K. Corral in 2024 and 2026. Stephanie specializes in working with women, children, teens, and families addressing a range of topics including anxiety, depression, parenting skills, self-esteem, family changes, and grief/loss in either a traditional office setting or equine assisted format.

Stephanie’s authentic compassion for both people and animals shines through in each interaction, creating a welcoming and encouraging presence for every individual and animal at Hope Reins.
