About Your Facilitator

Hi, I’m Kelly Amundson. I’m a mom of three, an Occupational Therapist, and a newly certified Connected Families Parent Coach. For over five years, my own family has been using this framework, and I have experienced firsthand the power of moving from behavior-focused parenting toward connection, grace, truth, and wisdom. As an OT, I have a deep passion for promoting mental health, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. I love helping people understand the “why” behind behaviors and creating practical tools that help families grow stronger together. I am excited to share this empowering information with more moms who are seeking encouragement, hope, and practical ways to strengthen their relationships with their children.

A 5-Week Online Small Group Experience

Have you ever felt stuck in negative patterns with your children? Do anger, anxiety, or other emotions like shame or discouragement plague your interactions with your kids? If so, you’re not alone! We want you to get to the root of difficult emotions and interactions in parenting so you can be set free by grace and truth God has for you.

This course was designed around authentic fellowship with other moms. Gather with your friends and explore what it means to have grace and truth for your child AND YOURSELF! You’ll be more confident as a parent, have more grace for yourself and your kids, and be better equipped to make faith the bedrock of your parenting.

Group Expectations
